Over 200 booths selling fine arts & crafts, clothing, jewelry, fair trade items, unique gifts, massages and much more, join the international selection of cuisine from Vietnamese shish-kabob to Mexican empanadas to Thai wraps to hot dogs.
Street Fair in Yellow Springs is much more than an arts and food fair; it’s an all-day festival with entertainment throughout the day. Local favorites, the Egyptian Breeze Belly Dancers and a variety of musicians will perform all day at the Jackson Lytle Williams Stage. You’ll also enjoy street performances by entertainers of all types as you stroll the streets during the festival.
Parents can drop off their preschoolers at Primary Languages (213 Xenia Ave., next to the Wind’s) for a fun-filled hour of Spanish stories, games, and songs. Classes at 10:00 am, 12:00 pm, and 2:00 pm.
Live music will be performed from 12:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., on the front lawn of the Bryan Center on Dayton Street. Located adjacent to the Music Festival is the Beer Garden, featuring 8 beers from which to choose.
The event is free, open to the public, and handicapped accessible.
NO PETS WILL BE ALLOWED AT STREET FAIR; ENFORCED BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT.

Please join us Tuesday, May 18th from 3-4 pm (EST) for an important call to discuss the recently introduced America’s Commitment to Clean Water Act, or ACCWA ( H.R. 5088). We will discuss differences between this new bill and the Clean Water Restoration Act, legislation introduced in previous congresses. We will also discuss what your organization can do to help get this critical legislation passed. There will be Clean Water Act jurisdiction experts on the call to answer your questions.

The congressional memorial recess begins May 30th and ends June 6th. This is a perfect opportunity for you to let your Representative know that they can not delay in passing legislation to fix the Clean Water Act. Setting up an in-district meeting takes advance time, so it is best to get a request in as soon as possible. Visit www.house.gov and follow the prompts to locate in-district contact information for your Representative. We can provide you with talking points and fact sheets to take to your meetings.
